2. What is the price of my order?
The price per product is listed VAT inclusive (21%) and exclusive of shipping costs. The shipping costs are listed when the order is confirmed.

4. How can I make my payment?
Manufactuur thinks highly of safe payments. We work with Ogone, who will guide you safely through your online payment. You fill in your details, choose your payment method and a connection is made with the payment system OGONE. You can pay via Maestro, Visa, MasterCard or via bank transfer. (Your order will be sent upon receipt of your payment via bank transfer or it can be collected as soon as the full amount is on our account.)
5. What if my online payment fails?
Sometimes, the online payment fails or you don’t have your card to hand. Don’t worry, you can always make your payment via bank transfer. These are our details: IBAN: BE07 7370 3111 9966 and BIC: KREDBEBB. Please mention your name and the order number when making your payment.
6. Do I get an order confirmation?
Yes, as soon as the order has been confirmed and the payment via Ogone has been received, an order confirmation is sent via e-mail. The same goes for payment via bank transfer or for collection of goods. This confirmations gives you an overview of the ordered products, the quantities, the price, the payment method and the delivery address.
7. How do I know when my order is sent?
When we send your order, you will receive an e-mail from us to inform you.
8. How do I pay when I come to collect my order?
When you want to collect your order or when you want to try something on, you are welcome to do so after an appointment has been booked. In this case, we require your cash payment upon the collection or your payment in advance via bank transfer or your online payment via Ogone. We do not have the facilities to take payment by card.
9. How long will my order be reserved for?
Every order is reserved for you for 8 days. If by then the payment has not been received, the goods will automatically go back on stock.
10. Companies: how do I ask for an invoice?
You can log in with your company name. Register an account for your company first. When you input your company name, you can automatically enter your VAT number. You can download the invoice as a PDF and print it out yourself.
11. Why do I need to register an account first?
When you place your first order, we ask you for your personal details in order to deliver your order for the attention of the correct person and to the correct address. With every next order you place, your e-mail address and password will suffice. You can always amend these if necessary. You can register a personal account/file at all times or you can log in with the details you have provided.
12. What if I can’t remember my password?
If you can’t remember your password, you can click ‘forgot your password?’ when confirming your order. You will then receive an e-mail from us with a new password.
13. What if something is wrong with my order?
If you notice that the clothes are damaged upon delivery, please contact us as soon as possible (preferably within 24 hours). You can contact us via telephone on +32 (0) 472 59 19 12 on working days or via e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org We can work on a solution together. The product needs to be returned to Manufactuur BVBA, Lembergsesteenweg 134, 9820 Merelbeke, Belgium first. Return products always need to be sent to us in their original packaging (= unopened packaging). Costs for the return are at the buyer’s expense.
14. Can I have gift made?
It is our pleasure to make a nice present of every product. Note this under ‘remarks’. Should you wish to send a personal message as well, please don’t hesitate to do so. We will add a nice card!
15. What if I am not home on the expected day of delivery?
That’s ok, you can have your order delivered with your neighbours or at work! Amend the delivery address! Should you not be able to accept the delivery anyway, then the postman will leave a note and you can ask for a new delivery attempt or you can go and collect the parcel in a post office nearby.
16. When will my order arrive?
We send orders, if possible, on the day the order is placed (payment with Ogone) or as soon as we have received your payment. How long it takes your parcel to be delivered is beyond our control of course, but from experience, we can tell that it will take your order about 2 working days to be delivered for orders in Belgium. For our neighbouring countries, the delivery will take 2 to 5 working days.

18. Can I order a gift card?
Gift cards are sent by post to you or to the lucky one. There are several options for the amount on your gift card and you combine all of them. You can order multiple gift cards at once. Let us know in the remarks whether you would like 1 gift card of for example €200 or 4 gift cards of €50. The amount on the gift card cannot be split up. Online gift cards are sent to you on the same day you place the order and, of course, there are no shipping costs charged for these. Would you like us to send the gift card by post? No problem, we turn it into a nice package and immediately send it to the lucky one if you wish us to do so!
19. How do I use my gift card?
Enter the code on the gift card in the special box ‘discount code’ in the payment screen. You cannot spend an amount lower than the amount on your gift card. You can exceed the amount on your gift card.
20. What if the product doesn’t meet my requirements?
If the product does not meet your requirements, please contact us within 24 hours upon receipt of your order. Please note: we will not accept returns that we were not notified about first. The product needs to be delivered to us within 14 calendar days. You can then either exchange it or we can transfer your money back into your account. Please make sure to clearly mention your order number and your bank details for credit if necessary. The paid amount will be transferred back into your account as soon as the goods have been delivered back to us. Products can only be returned in their perfect, original, undamaged and unused state, in their original packaging. The return costs are always at the buyer’s expense.
